Our high-performance liquid cooled plate is specially developed for AI data centers, high-density servers and high heat flux cooling demands. It is an efficient and low-resistance liquid cooling solution to stabilize server operation under long-duration high-load working conditions.

Made of high-quality aluminum alloy and fabricated by mature vacuum brazing technology, the liquid cooled plate features high thermal conductivity, compact structure and excellent sealing performance. Optimized internal flow channel design achieves fast heat exchange and even temperature distribution, effectively reducing hotspots and lowering overall energy consumption for data center cooling systems.
